Shipping:
Shipping prices on this site are for US only. All Others email or call for quote. Most Best Sports Direct products are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS priority Mail. Orders shipped directly from Best Sports Direct are shipped the same day or next business day at the latest. In many cases, products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result, shipping timing and cost varies by product. Wherever possible, we have included all shipping details (time frame, cost, method of delivery, and city/state of origin) on the product's detail page.
If you order multiple items from different manufacturers, then you can expect to receive separate packages, often on separate days. Certain products will take longer to arrive than others; most training aids and videos typically ship within 2 business days or sooner, but certain products such as custom wood bats will often take up to 2-3 weeks or more in some cases. Please refer to the specific product page for details.

It really depends on the manufacturer and the specific product, but we will do everything possible to accommodate your shipping requests.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Again, it often depends on the product and manufacturer whether or not we can deliver to your country. Expect shipping charges to Canada, Mexico and US locations outside the 48 states to be at least double the posted amount. You can expect shipping charges to other international destinations to be 3-4 times the standard amount. We encourage you to call or email with any further questions on international orders.

As with shipping, our refund / return / warranty policy for most items ordered through Best Sports Direct are based on the manufacturer's own policies. Wherever these policies are known,
we provide the specifics on the product details page of our site. Many custom items, videos and other products cannot be returned for refund unless there is a manufacturing defect/error, incorrect shipment, or unless the manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee.
Before returning an item for any reason, contact us first for authorization and for instructions as to where to send the item (usually that's the manufacturer, not Best Sports Direct). If the return is due to a defect or incorrect shipment, all costs are covered for return and shipping a replacement. On non-warranty returns (returned for any other reason, i.e. ordered by mistake), the
product must be returned new - no usage - complete and in original packaging. In this case, a refund will only be issued after inspection on receipt of item. The maximum refund amount will cover the item only, less 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded.

Best Sports Direct strives to have accurate and current pricing on our web site and affiliated sales sites at all times. However incorrect pricing will occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error on our web site or affiliate sites we reserve the right to inform the customer of this error, and, or cancel any order at our discretion.

If paying by check or money order, please include The item name and options , your name, phone number and email address. We will send your shipment as soon as payment clears, and we will contact you to notify you of shipment date. Note: We do not accept purchase orders at this time. Money order and cashiers checks are treated like cash. Checks Must clear before shipment.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Best Sports Direct wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. In partnership with some of our suppliers we are offering a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. 30 days starts from the date of delivery
(No Exceptions). If you are not satisfied simply send the item back in the original box with all parts and instructions. Item must be sent back in the original box.
All Parts must be returned in undamaged condition with no signs of misuse or abuse. We do not intend this warranty to be a "free look." This policy is intended to help our customers that simply may have made an incorrect purchase. Please order responsibly. Please keep in mind that we do not assume responsibility or inbound shipping costs for returns.
Customers wanting to return MUST CALL for approval and return number. Once item arrives back and is inspected you will be given a full refund of the purchase price.
